Dr. Tyrica K. Hendricks is a purpose-driven leader whose life is guided by the belief: “To whom much is given, much is required.” She’s an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and author known for inspiring and uplifting others—especially women and children.
 

Raised by parents and grandparents who modeled service in both community and church, Tyrica learned early the value of giving back. She leads by example, never asking others to do what she wouldn’t do herself. Education opened doors for her, and she earned degrees from Hampton University and Bowie State University.
 

While in grad school, she mentored a young girl and, at just 21, became her foster/adoptive parent. That experience led her to launch The Hendricks Hope Foundation, which has supported over 1,000 children with essentials like school supplies and extracurricular funding.
 

Before becoming a full-time entrepreneur, Tyrica worked in corporate America. She later joined a network marketing company to fund her philanthropic work, eventually building a team of over 100 business owners and a network of 90,000 entrepreneurs. She’s been recognized as a top leader and six-figure earner since 2018.
 

Her impact extends globally. After visiting Kenya in 2019, she began sponsoring the Girl Power program, helping girls stay competitive in education and employment. She also supports teachers’ degree completion and has inspired her circle to sponsor 24 children and two more educators.
 

Tyrica’s compassion led her to open Trusted Home Care, a family-run assisted living facility. Her dedication has earned her numerous awards, including an honorary doctorate in humanities.
